This product is designed for adults and older teenagers. It is not suitable for young children due to the sharp pin, small parts and potential choking hazards.

Safety – General Risks for All Products

1. Choking Hazard: Small parts may detach and pose a risk, particularly for children.
2. Skin Reactions: Silver coloured items may irritate sensitive individuals due to its nickel content.
3. Breakage/Detachment: Stress or wear may weaken components.
4. Snagging/Sharp Edges: Jewellery may catch on clothing or cause injury if mishandled.
5. Sharp points (the pin of the back bar) – handle with care

Product Uniqueness & Traceability Statement

At Captain Cumberpatch’s Curious Creations, each piece is handmade, ensuring every item is a one-of-a-kind creation. Due to the nature of the range, my products are not produced as part of standardized lots. They will most likely be made in batches but due to them being handmade, no two will be exactly the same, there may be a slight deviation.

As such, there is no lot or batch tracking system in place. However, I maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the safety and craftsmanship of each individual item. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us directly. 

Care Instructions

Jewellery should be kept away from household cleaners, chlorine, bleach, or acetone, as they can damage metals.

Take off jewellery before swimming, exercising, or doing household chores to prevent exposure to sweat, abrasive surfaces, or impacts.

Store pieces in a soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratches.

Keep jewellery in separate compartments or individual bags to avoid tangling or scratching between items. Store in a box wrapped in acid-free tissue paper when not in use.

Remove jewellery before sleeping. This prevents damage from accidental tugging or twisting.

Put jewellery on last when getting ready, as lotions, perfumes, and hair products can leave residues.

Regularly inspect settings, clasps etc to ensure parts are secure and prevent accidental loss. If you lose any bits off anything, just get in touch, I’ll be happy to make any repairs free of charge. (Feel free to buy something else whilst you’re waiting for it to be returned!)
